#asktheexpert my one year old gets up frequently at night , sometimes for a feed rest just to get help to go back to sleep. any suggestions?

A. hi mom babies at this age do this sometimes dont worry gradually he will learn to sleep continuously feed him properly before he sleeps and give him 1 cup of milk before bedtime
