#asktheexpert my baby frequently wakes up at night every hour. she is 4 month old. because of feed to sleep association i am also not getting enough sleep. what can i do to help my baby sleep through the night.

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually at least minimum of 3 hours to 4 hours once the baby will surely wake up for the feed you have to feed initially you have to set a routine and you have to feed as your baby is too small
