ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 5 month old It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

offer plenty of breastfeeds
as it happens because of constipation or indigestion,give Massage to your child everyday which will help to prevent this problem
