#AskTheExpert my newborn had jaundice and we kept him under phototherapy. now his bilurupin rate is 9.8 but still his eyes are looking little bit yellowish

A. Hi parents please don't get panic please once consult with your pediatrician please give plenty of breast milk to your Child when you're child is demanding please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil please give daily sun light exposure

A. Jaundice usually appears about 2 days after birth and disappears by the time the baby is 2 weeks old. In premature babies, who are more prone to jaundice, it can take 5 to 7 days to appear and usually lasts about 3 weeks.
