If Wife is willing to then she can go ahead with but practical reasons I would advise you to start go for the vaccination after six months because right now the child is completely depend on on the mother and if she faces side-effects like high fever vomiting diarrhoea or body pain then the child will also have sufficient things with the mothers feeding so the side-effects are also going to occur on to the child which is why I would advise
