Q.

#asktheexpert My new born daughter is 12 days old. She is being fed formula milk. How much should be the ideal quantity going forward. We were giving 30 ml every 2 hours still she seems to want more. We don't want to overfeed her.

A. Hello my dear parent! Instructions are given on the package as per the babies weight and requirements. You can follow them. Alternatively, it is 150 ML for every KG weight of the baby. If your baby is three kgs, then the minimum will milk intake should be around 450 ML per day. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
