NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello if the baby is speaking some word at least it may not be a problem otherwise it is definitely a concern and if baby is talking some words then encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and also you can check with speech and hearing doctor for the same for a speech therapy
