#Asktheexpert my nephew is 5 year old..but he is only speaking maa n paa. we concern with many doc..but no improvmet..he didnot have hearing problem..all test are good..stil he is not saying anything.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. if a child is not able to speak properly by 5 years of age than, you could take him to a paediatric speech therapist and get an evaluation done. There are numerous potential reasons for a speech delay/disorder and a professional will be able to lead you in the right direction.
