#asktheexpert My nephew is 3 year and 4 month old. He has not started speaking yet. He only speaks very few words and those words also are very unclear to be heard. apart from this, He is unable to focus on anything and He never sits quietly even for few seconds. He continuesly runs here and there and behaves like ADHD children. What should we do?

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about it because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
