#AskTheExpert my nephew is 1.5 year old and he hasn’t started walking and talking yet. Generally how long a child takes to start walking on its own

Deepika GuptaMom of a 15 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hello. normally by this age the baby e starts to walk and talk on their own full stop some achieve this milestone early some takes a little while the baby e can walk even with some help then they will eventually strength and will start to walk on their own you can massage their legs for extra help. same is the case with speaking if the child is able to speak a few words clearly then they will achieve their milestone in a while
