Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. if the heat rash is due to sweating skin you can apply calamine lotion as well as baby powdder. give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration. you can go dfor prickly heat powder application also.
