Q.

#asktheexpert My LO is 9 months and my breast milk supply is decreasing. Though she's taking solids, I'm feeding her as well. But it's not sufficient for her as she cries in the midst of a feed. How do I increase my breast milk supply in this stage?

A. helo now increas solids instead if milk now. Abby should be taking 3 proper meals and so the night timw awakenings are less if dinner is taken well by the kids.
