#asktheexpert my lo is 1yr1mnth old. I missed some of his vaccines because of covid lockdown n not going to hospitals on safer side. now he was vaccinated for MMR few days back ..can he be vaccinated whatever age appropriate vaccinations he has missed for 6-12mnths of age?

A. Vaccination for children can be considered in the current situation as the cases of covid are less to some extent . In such condition fgmost important Vaccination should be given on priority which your doctor will decide. Influenza vaccine should be given to children above 6 months of age in this season if not given to avoid unnecessary hospitalisation and other risk factors because of flu infection
