you need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advice giveynn by the doctor so better to consult for a proper guidance

Either Your child got hurt over there or your child is having a mosquito bite or some allergy either of the three things but I’m really not really very sure about it just by looking at the pictures if it is okay with you too can you check with your paediatrician that would be better
