#AskTheExpert my left breast is paining very heavily and when touched it feels so hard and aerolas part also has few small small lumps kind and it hurts. i am in my third trimester 7 months and 3 weeks

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You just consult your gynaecologist about it abd get it checked and apply warm compress over the areas if lumps and to relieve pain as well abd gently massage your breast upwards and outwards with Luke warm oil
