#asktheexpert my kids are getting cavities again and again, any way to avoid it.. one of the tooth almost has had a RCT. he had got severe swelling in his gum .

A. u can use the Himalaya kids toothpaste with natural cavity protection follow a good oral hygiene.. brushing twice recommended.. always rinse after hving meals.. restrict sugar and sweet intake..
