Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. if it is not deep enough then yes you have to just clean the cavity and you have to do feeling of the cavity which will be done by the dentist so visit your doctor who will tell you whether the child will have any pain . also during the procedure it is a painless process whether it is a deep cavity or a superficial cavity.
dentist use local anaesthetics to make the pain go away
