Q.

#AskTheExpert My kid who will be 2years in a month, does not speak much. He doesn't even try/attempt to say much against all our efforts. So far he only says "Da" and "Ta". Is this a cause of concern? Please advise.

A. it is important that you should meet your doctor for examination and assessment DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not
