Q.

#asktheexpert, my kid is one year old and he has been feeding lactogen, fruits and rice for the last 3 months. for the last 3 days we have been feeding lactogen pro 3 as he crossed 1 year and now he has been crying at night and having poop(hard stool). is it due to lactogen pro 3? any other issues?

A. hi. difficukt yo say that its due to lactogen. gi e him luke water water to ferd. offer fiber rich fruits and veggies in his diet to avoid constipation.
