Hi Most important is to not binge feed child with maggi, chipz biscuits chocolate, sugar laden drinks bread, cakes. orelse child will not be fully hungry for healthy foods add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado banana paneer in childs recipes for Healthy weight gain
