#asktheexpert my kid is not sleeping properly at night.. tried lots of things to make him sleep ..but during midnight always he wakes up.

A. hi parent feed before bed maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep you can also give a warm bath etc ok au
