Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth.
Do Consult your paedritician to rule out underlying cause of underweight and treatment accordingly.

You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight.But as long as the child is eating properly and is active and healthy you need not worry much about the weight. Thats what our pediatrician says. But since for his age he seems to be of low weight you may check with your pediatrician once. Height mainly depends on genes. You can give healthy balanced diet and include nuts, dry fruits and Protein rich foods in his daily diet. Also make the child involve in activities where he can hop often. Yoga asanas like tadasana, bhujangasana, Bitilasana, marjariyasana will improve the height
