#asktheexpert my kid is not found of food, he tries to smell first and reject all food. he refuses to eat any vegetables. how to improve on his habit.

Make his positive approach towards foods . positive talks with him is important, avoid scolding.. etc, make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him..
