Q.

#AskTheExpert My kid is having watery vomitings since morning. He is also vomiting whatever he had. Yet he is active and Playful. Please suggest some medication and Food. He is around 13 Kgs.

A. Hello mom Suggest to avoid giving him food if he is not willing to do not force him to eat let him be a little empty stomach but if we ask for food then try to give non-flavoured and mild flavoured foods only try to give some curd rice or Upma , idli etc give liquids and keep him hydrated give him some juice like lemon water or coconut water if he requires otherwise you can just start up with some seasonal fruits and soup would be beneficial
