#AskTheExpert My kid is having little blood in stool but not complaining any pain or fever anything ... is it because of hard stool?

A. Hello, common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool- give soft fibrous diet n plenty of water

A. Hi mommy Healthy eating and drinking can help your baby feel better too. And foods that are high in fibre are good for avoiding constipation These foods include cereals, fruits and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water will also help your baby avoid constipation and stay hydrated
