Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it is sign of nutritional deficiencies. so you should visit your pediatrician for once. give Healthy food items like nuts , dry fruits, fruits, veggies more. limit your child milk intake . avoid giving RO water which can lead to deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin B12. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
