#asktheexpert my kid is crying loudly at the nights continuously for 45 mins sometimes more than that I don't know what to do if some one taking into the hands while crying he is forcibly moving from my wife day time he is not crying while sleeping only during nights not sure what to do and how to make him sto crying at nights please suggest something

Author of questionTrying To Conceive1 Year agoA. hello sir seems he is getting hungry so that why he is waking up in the midnight and crying so what type of food we need to give at that moment one day I have given Cadbury gems while crying he stopped crying and slept is gems good to be given aat that time or please suggest something which type of food or snacks to be given at that time i thought gems is unhealthy

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. there are number of reasons of excessive crying in children because it can be either due to some type of colic pain or digestion problem or due to some type of nasal blockage abdominal pain or any body pain / ear ache.
so if it is not improving meet your doctor and for pain you can give one dosage of paracetamol.
if it appears to be colic pain you can givex anti colic medicine and if it is due to nasal blockage you can give nasal saline drops.
many times xchanging the environment of the child helps as well as diverting the child helps.
