#AskTheExpert my kid is 6 yrs old...she hesitates alot to eat food....and also her sleeptime is very less...she always wants to play...can you also tell me a healthy diet for her?

A. good morning it is very important for you to incorporate lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables and the diet of the child you should try to give milk and Milk products specially at this growing age
