#AskTheExpert my kid is 2.8 yrs old daughter.She doesn't have pulses and vegetables.kindly suggest something.shall I add some protein powder in milk to make up the difference?

A. For todllers of this age, their protien intake be from homemade food like watered and pureed dal, cooked and pureed sprouts, beans, youghrt,tofu, paneer, soya, add these in his favorite food
