for example
instead of plain rice ,you can prepare kheer , pulav, khichdi, khichu, dhokla, idli etc for your child.
the variation in diet may help to encourage your child to take interest in food.

so , please don't get panic.
just make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
