Q.

#AskTheExpert My kid is 19 months old..her weight is 9.5 kg....is she ok with this weight ..if not ..how can she her to gain her weight

A. hi dear mom, yes the weight of the baby is little bit low. u can add dairy product like cheese,butter ,curd.egg,chicken,fish,green leafy vegetables, fresh & seasonal fruits, nuts laddo,sweet potatoes, multigrain chapati with enough water. take care..!!

A. the weight of the child is within normal limits but yes it is on the lower border but many times the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns as well as upon the diet the child is taking and if the child is not having any nutritional deficiency and its play full no need to worry about it

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
