ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 years old now to improve immunity develop good hygiene habit and give a balanced diet including seasonal fruits and vegetables and dairy products eggs and meat if acceptable and do all vaccine regularly
