#asktheexpert my kid have umbilical hernia she was pain and vomit randomly not continue after 10 days what was the cause of the hernia pain

A. not related to hernia. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
