Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be allergic reaction. so better to visit your pediatrician for once apply pure aloe vera gel on patches which help to cure them faster. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room give bath with warm (not too hot ) water twice in a day.
