#AskTheExpert my kid has 25 months old last week he has cold and cough,now things are a little bit normal, he looks like day by day thin but his activities or normal. Can we take any action becoming thin??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor after the exact cause is diagnosed.
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syrup should be givenkuonly after a proper evaluation according to the type of cough .self medication may not be so helpful so please consult your doctor once. if the coffee is protected you can give brozeet-ls or ambrodil syrup for now only n continue only after doctor's advice.
