#AskTheExpert my kid 4 years 5 months suffering from severe cough and getting vomiting at night time. please solve my issue

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the chisld Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with watser combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink.

Hi mommy Some common home remedies you can use for common cold are : A spoonful of honey Plenty of fluids Saline spray Humidifier Sponge bath Extra pillows Vicks VapoRub Give turmeric milk twice A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is more favourable to consult your local doctor and accordingly he will guide in a proper manner.
