My "just turned 3" daughter...tells and says every thing except telling if she wants to pee or want to poop.
and she does it in her pants or payjamas.
we have stopped using diapers and try to make her pee about every hour and she does it..as well..but not in the case of poop.
Also, if qe do not take her to the bathroom, she does it in her pants..
how to make her learn.

A. it is ok for now . Good speech takes time to come . You can speak more with baby even if did not respond much you can talk to baby more as eventually baby will speak clearly and also you can take help of any speech therapist and shoukd avoid any screen time of television and mobile .
