AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Salt and sugar is to be introduced once baby completes one year. Now it plain food should be be given to the baby. U can introduce cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc to ur baby
