#AskTheExpert my granddaughter Kadhambari is 5 months old, she got her first teeth ,in the lower jaw ,canine teeth,is it alright?, should we give her teether ,is it a must? thank u doctor.

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi teethers are not necessary but you can give chilled silicon based teething rings or toys to chew on.. this will increase the blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth..
