#asktheexpert My girl child is 2.5 years old now. Can you tell me what are the different food types that can be given to her to gain all kind of nutrients and other elements. please suggest

A. Hello mom foods from various groups helps to maintiain a balanced diet and that in turn would provide with various nutrients helpful for growth, such as cerelas and millets - rice, roti, oats, suji, ragi, jowar, bajra etc . pulses and legumes - various type of dals, chana, lobia , rajma , beans etc seasonal fruits and vegetables, oil, ghee, butter. eggs, fish , chicken etc if preffered dairy - milk , panner, curds dry fruits , nuts , seeds
