#asktheexpert my girl baby is 2 months old still having milk secretion in nipple and nipples are hard.. what shall I do now. kindly give me your valuable suggestions

A. See there are two options some people say that you should clean the nipples when you are massaging the child and that is better but the doctors do not recommend that is coming like this you can do little bit of hot compress into that area so that it is going to become soft and then just press it gently and take whatever milk is there and clean that this repeatedly every day when you massage
