Hello doctor my baby is 5months old and her left nipple is hard and right nipple is soft. When baby was born mother squeezed both the nipples and white liquid came out from both nipples. Now again left nipple is hard. I'm worried please advise.

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Apply nipple sore gel
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Do hot water compress
Take a good care of your baby
