#AskTheExpert my daughter who is 18mnths old got her pneumococcal vaccine yesterday, she has little fever n 3 episodes of vomiting(not able to keep anything down)after the vaccination session....

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. this vaccine does not cause fever and vomiting is there there may be some infection to its better to consult your doctor one for a proper examination of the child to rule out the exact cause of this

Fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination.
Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F. If the vomitings are frequent then u can give ondem syrup to stop vomiting
