Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter weight is very less. she is one year old and a her weight is 6.8 kg. please suggest proper daily food chart for her.

A. Dear mum, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You should give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby.
