Q.

#asktheexpert My daughter weighs 13Kg. Is it enough at this age? Loss of appetite as well as reluctance to drink water. And eats rice. Is this something wrong?

A. nothing wrong, 14 kg weight is fine.. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of hing(after one year) . These spices help in the secretion of digestive juices. Boil the ajwain (carom seeds) in water .  Give it to  your child and it  will work as an excellent appetite booster.  Give fluids in food by making foods as runny as possible Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. Keep trying

A. good morning nothing to worry about that instead of water you should try to give your child some thing like Mausami ke juice you can give nimbu pani all these things will help to open up the Hunger also
