The sound that you’re mentioning is normal kids can take out different sound when they are taking a feed secondly at this age it’s very difficult to say with the legs are bow or not but if you have a doubt kindly have an assessment with your doctor on that they’ll be able to clear your doubts about it and don’t make your child sleep on the same side from where the head has become Flat
