Q.

#asktheexpert My daughter’s weight is constant 17kg from past 2 years and she is going to turn 6 yrs in next month. She is fussy about food. Her vitamin D level is also low. What should I do to increase her weight?

A. Good sources of protein for weight gain include eggs, peanut butter and other nut butters, bean soups, hummus and reduced-fat or full-fat milk, yogurt and cheese.
