It seems your child is 3 years old so as per age weight is on the lower side
Give small and frequent meals
Include more protein rich foods like paneer, eggs, dry fruits, oats, ragi, milk, daal, sprouts, beans in the diet
Also include fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet
Reduce the intake of chips chocolate biscuits in the diet
Add ghee, cheese, paneer in food prepared

While society may send a message that your lil' nugget has to have rolls of baby fat to be healthy, this isn't really true. As long as they're meeting developmental milestones, are alert and active, and are feeding well, you likely don't need to worry.
