kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months..
keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums..

He is completely fine don’t worry about it kids can have their teeth up till the age of 17 to 18 months like the first ETA eruption can take about 17 to 18 months also but as per dentist these things are completely common with kids so do not worry about it
