#asktheexpert my daughter's name is Aliya,she was 7 years old but wo hamesha mahine me ek bar bimar ho jati hai,aur bohot hi slim hai ,lekin active hai iske liye kuch batayiye

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. If the child is active playing well then no need to worry as falling sick in a month doesn’t mean the immunity of the child is low rather her immunity is developing so give a healthy diet

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
